Accept the quotation and we confirm your order. A 50% deposit secures your production slot.

Approve Final Artwork
After order confirmation and deposit, we prepare a basic digital mockup at no additional charge for your approval.

Production & Delivery
We produce, quality-check and deliver nationwide across Malaysia.

Physical samples (Optional): Plain, unprinted samples can be requested before you confirm a bulk order; printed samples can be requested after you confirm it. An additional fee applies, the customer pays shipping, and timing is confirmed in your quotation.

Minimum order quantity depends on the printing or production method: Heat Transfer Printing (DTF) from 20 pcs, Embroidery from 30 pcs, Screen Printing from 50 pcs, Sublimation Printing from 50 pcs and Custom-Made Products from 100 pcs. The exact minimum depends on the garment and design and is confirmed in your quotation. Ready-made garments are existing garment styles that can be customised; custom-made garments are manufactured to your specifications. Mixed sizes are accepted per design at no extra cost, as long as the total meets the applicable minimum.
Screen printing, Heat Transfer Printing (DTF), embroidery and sublimation, depending on the apparel and artwork.
Vector files such as AI, EPS, PDF or SVG are preferred for the sharpest screen printing and embroidery digitising results. High-resolution PNG or JPG (at least 300 DPI at actual print size) is also accepted. We check supplied artwork for production suitability and will flag any issue before production proceeds. Logo redesign, graphic design, vectorisation and complex artwork preparation are not included. Embroidery digitising is included with some orders; otherwise a separate charge applies, confirmed in your quotation.

Lead time depends on the printing or production method: Heat Transfer Printing (DTF), Embroidery and Screen Printing typically take 7–15 working days, Sublimation Printing 15–25 working days, and Custom-Made Products 20–30 working days. Lead times are counted after required artwork approval and deposit or payment confirmation, for standard, non-rush orders; this excludes shipping time and any physical sampling (confirmed in your quotation), and may extend for complex or large-volume orders.
Yes. We deliver across Malaysia. Delivery arrangements and charges depend on the destination, order quantity and weight, and specific delivery requirements. Delivery is free for orders with a subtotal above RM1,000, before delivery charges. Final charges and estimated transit times will be confirmed during the quotation process, and transit time is additional to production time.
Rush orders are subject to capacity, and additional charges may apply, confirmed in your quotation. Let us know your deadline when requesting a quote.
There’s no single fixed price — cost depends on the product, quantity, garment colour, sizes, customisation method, print or embroidery requirements, artwork requirements and delivery location. Additional embroidery digitising, artwork or screen setup charges may apply, and all quotations and invoices are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
