Ready-made apparel: from 30 pcs. Custom-made garments: from 100 pcs. The exact minimum depends on the garment, customisation method and design, and is confirmed in your quotation. Ready-made garments are existing garment styles that can be customised; custom-made garments are manufactured to your specifications. Mixed sizes are accepted per design at no extra cost, as long as the total meets the applicable minimum.
Screen printing, Heat Transfer Printing (DTF), embroidery and sublimation, depending on the apparel and artwork.
Vector files such as AI, EPS, PDF or SVG are preferred for the sharpest screen printing and embroidery digitising results. High-resolution PNG or JPG (at least 300 DPI at actual print size) is also accepted. We check supplied artwork for production suitability and will flag any issue before production proceeds. Logo redesign, graphic design, vectorisation and complex artwork preparation are not included. Embroidery digitising is included with some orders; otherwise a separate charge applies, confirmed in your quotation.

Ready-made apparel: typically 7–15 working days. Custom-made apparel: typically 20–30 working days. Both are counted after required artwork approval and deposit or payment confirmation, for standard, non-rush orders; this excludes shipping time and any physical sampling (confirmed in your quotation), and may extend for complex or large-volume orders.
Yes. We deliver nationwide across Malaysia. Shipping charges and estimated transit times depend on destination and order size and are included in your quotation.
Rush orders may be available subject to production capacity and required delivery date. Additional rush charges may apply and will be confirmed in the quotation. Let us know your deadline when requesting a quote.
There’s no single fixed price — cost depends on the product, quantity, garment colour, sizes, customisation method, print or embroidery requirements, artwork requirements and delivery location.
