Silk Screen Printing
Silk screen printing is a classic and lasting way to do T-shirt printing. It’s the most popular way to decorate your tee’s in Malaysia.
To create a silk screen printed T-shirt, we break each color in your design into individual screens. We then overlay each individual screen over your garment to lay that ink colour with a automated or manual machinery and the end result is your completed design. It’s a bit more intricate than that, but you get the idea: more colours = more screens and more screens = more time + cost.
Our in house silk screen printing located in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur can use any combination of colours with any colour of T-shirt per your preference. We print across all mediums (discharge, water-based, plastisol, digital, or foil or metallic) and can complete your garments with crazy fast turnaround times. All dark garments require a base ink to be put down to ensure colours are vibrant and match desired pantone colour.
Silk screen printing remains the industry standard and is a great option for most jobs except low volume, multi-colour print jobs which is probably best completed with digital printing.
Let silk screen printing your t-shirts and we’ll show you the difference through a better price, better quality, quicker turnaround time and all with our excellent customer service!
